These smudge sticks are USDA organic sage sourced responsibly in California. These are used to neutralize negative energy, improve sleep, alleviate anxiety and stress.
When burned the smoke is said to bring healing and brings one back into balance and cleanses the body and mind of negative spirits and impurities.
Smudging sage has also been known globally to help relieve worry, open the mind, clear negative thoughts and feelings, and decompress the spirit.
To Use: Light the bundle from the top end and carry carefully over a flame proof smudge stick holder, bowl or other suitable item. You can also crush the leaves and sprinkle them over a lit charcoal tablet placed in a fire proof bowl. Allow the smoke to reach all corners of the room you are cleansing or hold your crystals above the smoke for a few seconds.
These measure approximately 4" long and each is a bit different as these are handmade.
