Sage sticks are commonly used ritual ceremonies, for house cleansing or simply for the enjoyment of its fragrant aroma.
These 4"smudge sticks are a very popular combination of white sage and lavender. The lavender used to craft these bundles is called Royal Purple Lavender and are only available for a limited time.
Lavender is renowned for its calming energy, helping to re-balance tired and distorted emotions. It's particularly good for easing headaches, anxiety, depression and dispelling insomnia, but it's also said to be helpful for restoring the connection to the sacred realm.
White sage is commonly used for cleansing and purifying rituals and practice.
To Use: Light the bundle from the top end and carry carefully over a flame proof smudge stick holder, bowl or other suitable item. You can also crush the leaves and sprinkle them over a lit charcoal tablet placed in a fire proof bowl. Allow the smoke to reach all corners of the room you are cleansing or hold your crystals above the smoke for a few seconds.
These measure approximately 4" long and each is a bit different as these are handmade.
